Passports

A valid passport constitutes an essential requirement for all travel arrangements booked with Panorama Tours. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that their passport remains valid for a minimum period of six months following the scheduled date of return to their country of origin, and that it contains at least two blank facing pages. Passengers are strongly advised to verify the applicable entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate of their destination country prior to departure.

For certain itineraries, Panorama Tours requires that passengers provide their passport details prior to the confirmation of their booking. In the event that a passenger renews their passport after a booking has been confirmed, it is imperative that they notify Panorama Tours of the updated details without undue delay. Passengers may also be required to retain their previous passport in their possession throughout the duration of the trip, where such documentation is necessary to preserve the validity of the travel arrangements.

Visa Requirements

Passengers are respectfully advised that visa processing fees are not included in the tour price. For all Panorama Tours and Short Stay arrangements, visa application assistance may be procured on behalf of the passenger at an additional charge.

Panorama Tours undertakes to manage the visa application process in its entirety on behalf of the passenger and remains available to provide guidance and support in relation to any enquiries that may arise during the application procedure.

Visa Conditions

Panorama Tours does not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application submitted on behalf of a passenger. The determination of whether a visa is granted rests solely with the competent embassy or consulate, and is contingent upon the individual circumstances of each applicant. Panorama Tours acts exclusively in the capacity of a third-party facilitator and exercises no authority or influence over the outcome of any visa decision.

The relevant embassy or consulate reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to request additional supporting documentation from the applicant or to require the applicant’s attendance at an in-person interview. In the event that such an interview is requested, Panorama Tours shall notify the passenger promptly of the appointed time and date.
